FJB Strategies was founded in 2018 by a trio of data scientists and operators who were frustrated by one recurring problem: enterprise Business Intelligence software was extraordinarily powerful — but exclusively accessible to Fortune 500 companies with million-dollar IT budgets.
Working out of a co-working space in Austin's East Sixth district, founders James Briton, Francisco Velez, and Brianna Cole spent 18 months building what they believed the mid-market deserved: a fully-featured, secure, and intuitive BI platform at a price point that actually made business sense.
Today, from our headquarters at 4200 Congress Ave in Austin, TX, a team of 40+ engineers, data scientists, and customer success specialists serve hundreds of mid-market clients across retail, financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce — all united by a single mission: Intelligence That Drives Results.
We believe every mid-market company deserves the same competitive advantage that data-driven giants have. That's why we built FJB Strategies.
To make enterprise-grade Business Intelligence accessible, affordable, and actionable for every mid-market company ready to compete on data.
A business world where intelligence is the great equalizer — where a 50-person company can outmaneuver a 50,000-person one purely through smarter use of data.
We don't just sell software. We partner with each client to ensure they extract maximum value from their data — measured in real revenue outcomes, not vanity metrics.
The experienced leaders driving FJB Strategies' product, culture, and client outcomes.
Our values aren't posters on a wall — they're the criteria against which every product decision, hiring decision, and client interaction is measured.
We treat client data as if it were our own. Every feature is designed with security and privacy at its core, not bolted on as an afterthought.
The BI landscape evolves fast. We invest 20% of every engineering sprint into research and exploratory features so our clients always have the edge.
We don't measure success in ARR alone — we measure it in client outcomes. Every support interaction, every onboarding call, every update is driven by this obsession.
We believe data intelligence must be built on a foundation of consumer consent and transparency. We never compromise on ethics for the sake of a feature.
